The past three weeks have been a whirlwind! We said goodbye to the last of our family this morning and then kind of just crashed on the couch. Even though we had relaxing days and had a lot of fun with both families, there’s just something about hosting people that makes ya tired! It was definitely a blast to have our families come visit us for the holidays though, and for that we feel super blessed! Now that everyone is gone, it’s time for a date night with the husband! Nothing fancy, just dinner out. We had big plans to clean today so we could get it out of the way, but that’s not looking like it’s going to happen. Sunday’s are better days for that anyway…

Last night I had the opportunity to play around in Lightroom a little, and let me tell you, that program does some pretty neat stuff! Though I’ve used the program before, it was only for little edits. Dad was the main editor, so it’s exciting to get into that aspect of photography. I can’t wait to play around with it some more to see what other really great things it’s capable of!
